Consider VOLUNTEERING. b) Iowa ALL STARS - August 27, 2016 in Eldridge at the North Scott courts New event hosted by the USTA Iowa District. 60 athletes, 20 coaches/chaperones Teams from Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and Scott County have committed to attend. c) Special Population Tennis Programs: Special Olympics (state-wide locations), MYEP (Iowa City) Wheelchair Tennis a) The Wheelchair Tennis Community app An online app was designed for the Wheelchair Tennis Community, by members of the community. This app has quickly become the preferred way for Wheelchair Tennis players, coaches, organizers and fans to connect with one another and find more avenues for play. Downloading the app and sign is fast - please promote this URL: http://bit.ly/wheelcommunity The app only requires an e-mail address and a password to get members going into the community. b) Wheelchair Events for 2016 Eastern Iowa Wheelchair Exhibition - Cedar Rapids - March TBA UNI Adapted Sports Camp - Cedar Falls - June TBA QCAASA 4th Annual Wheelchair Tournament - Moline - Fall TBA
