Senior Creative Creative Director
Overview: VICE is the world’s preeminent youth media company and content creation studio. Launched in 1994, VICE now operates in over 40 countries and distributes its programming to hundreds of millions of viewers each month across digital, linear, mobile, film and socials. VICE includes an international network of digital channels; a weekly and daily news programming partnership with HBO; a television and feature film production studio; a magazine; a record label; an in-house creative services agency; a book-publishing division; and a recently launched international TV network, VICELAND. VIRTUE is the creative agency by VICE and the Senior Creative will be engaged to develop and create ideas for VIRTUE. This will entail delivering fully integrated creative concepts across a variety of clients to produce end-to-end concepts through to production. This is a key role within an agency with unique backing and a game-changing proposition, in the earliest phases of its development. Responsibilities:
Responsibility for concepting integrated ideas that can execute in any channel – digital media, social media, OOH, print activations, branded content, TVC Copywriting for projects at an excellent level Oversee junior team members through mentoring, guidance and feedback Have an art directional vision and be able to provide killer references for your work Be able to structure, write and design your own decks that have a great logic flow to them Oversee the crafting of your work through production to the highest standards
Required skills:
Significant commercial experience within an agency Excellent copywriting experience Be a voracious consumer of culture, a talent spotter, a taste-maker Be a positive team player, with enthusiasm and passion for Virtue and the work we do Have the want to make the world a better place through communication with integrity on behalf of the clients we work with

To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time To be an ambassador for the business at all times.
