Holland Park 250 Vincent Drive Athens, GA 30607 Park Facilities & Tourney Notes Parking $5 per day or $15 tournament pass. (3 complimentary passes for coaches and one for League Presidents). No parking on grassy areas. Park only in designated parking spots.
No Pets on fields. Pets must be on a leash. Only coaches listed on roster are allowed on field and in dugout.
Concessions and restrooms available at park.
Batting cages available for use on a first come, first serve basis. Please use one cage per team etiquette.
No alcoholic beverages or tobacco products are allowed in park.
Official Book, pitch count and scoreboard will be maintained by Athens Little League Volunteers.
No profanity, fighting or littering. Please recycle in blue bins.
Photography is acceptable, as long as flash doesn’t interfere with play.
Bleachers are provided but chairs are welcomed. Shade is limited so tents are acceptable.
At night, please do not turn on vehicle headlights during play.

Pre-Game Procedures •
Forty-five (45) minutes prior to scheduled game time: the manager or designated coach of each team must be present at the park for the coin toss to determine home and visiting team designations. The home team shall occupy the first base side dugout, and the visiting team shall occupy the third base side dugout. Umpires will check uniforms and equipment.

Thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled game time: The visiting team may take pre-game infield practice for not more than eight (8) minutes.

Twenty (20) minutes prior to the scheduled game time: The home team may take pre-game infield practice for not more than eight (8) minutes.
•
Eight (8) minutes prior to scheduled game time: The managers shall submit two copies of the batting orders to the game Umpires. The batting order must include uniforms numbers. The game Umpire in Chief shall make certain that each of the original and duplicate copies are identical and will provide the second copy to the opposing team manager.
•
Five (5) minutes prior to scheduled game time: For each team’s first game and Championship games, the players will be announced and playing of the National Anthem.
