KELLY KOUKOU Executive Managing Director | Principal T 516.835.7833 E [email protected] Kelly Koukou joined Lee & Associates NYC as an executive managing director and principal in 2013. He leads the Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk County practice and manages the Lee & Associates Long Island office. Mr. Koukou has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented a diverse group of clients in industries ranging from retail, manufacturing, technology, educational and marketing companies to major corporations. Prior to joining Lee & Associates he was a senior vice president of CBRE in its Long Island, New York office. At CBRE his responsibilities included the leasing and sale of industrial properties. Before joining CBRE he was the Vice President of All Industrial Real Estate in Hauppauge, New York, where he sold and leased industrial properties. Some of Mr. Koukou’s notable clients include Bank of America/American Financial Realty Trust, JP Morgan, Bank of New York, Waste Management, American Airlines, Rio Tinto/Alcan, and Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey. Mr. Koukou has won numerous awards in the real estate industry, including the Long Island Platinum Award, Million Dollar Club Award, and Long Island Gold Award, and is a member of the Long Island Development Corporation (division of SBA Board Member). He holds the Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston University. Mr. Koukou is licensed to practice real estate in New York.
