He has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. While his primary focus is representing tenants in lease transactions in the New York tri-state area, Mr. Kunikoff has led real estate teams in transactions throughout the US and Europe. Prior to joining Lee NYC, Mr. Kunikoff was an executive managing director at George Comfort & Sons for 10 years. Before joining George Comfort & Sons, he managed the brokerage division of Collins Tuttle & Co. for 10 years.
