Mr. Smith, This email is to follow up on our earlier phone conversation. I am the Assistant Director at the Humboldt County Library in Winnemucca, NV. We are hoping to expand our Denio Library and would like to have an appraisal performed for a property there that we believe may be just what we are looking for. The address of the property is: 240 Pueblo Blvd., Denio NV 89404, APN#02-0061-03 This parcel includes two buildings, one that is approx. 65% finished and one that is approx. 85% finished. The current owner has been granted a conditional use permit for commercial purposes of opening a store/deli in the building that is 85% completed. The property has a commercial septic system in place and a water filtration system installed (this was put in place to mitigate a high amount of iron in the water). Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide and thank you for taking the time to look into this.
