Key Stage 3 Watersports Visit to Yenworthy Lodge: 10th-12th May 2013 February 2013 Dear Parent of Key Stage 3 Student I am hoping to run a surfing/watersports (depending on conditions) weekend for a group of Key Stage 3 students at Yenworthy Lodge in North Devon. This is a visit for students who have contributed to the school community or who have performed well so far in their studies. There are over 300 students in Key Stage 3 and only 30 places available, so I am asking that if your son/daughter is interested in a place that they complete the application form attached. Your child’s application needs to include why they should get a place, what they have contributed to the school and any other relevant information that might support their application, as this will help decide if they acquire a place. The successful applicants will be offered a place on the visit and a waiting list will be set up. The final details of the visit have not yet been confirmed but the approximate cost for the weekend including; insurance, transport, tuition, equipment, accommodation and food will be £154. Please return all completed application forms to the red post box in the office by Friday 8th February 2013. Yours sincerely
