INSTRUCTIONS ZEBRA Use Black and White yarn. Print zebra head on heavy paper or draw one yourself. Cut out face. Place a piece of tape to the back of the head for reinforcement where the hole will be punched. Punch a hole. Set aside. Cut 3 pieces of yarn in each color 36"/91cm long. Remove one piece of yarn and fold it in half. Find the center of the other pieces of yarn and lay flat. Loop the single folded yarn under the other yarns and through the hole of the head. Gently pull the 2 ends of yarn through the loop made and tighten to hold all of the yarn and head together. Place something heavy on the head, like a mug or book. Divide the yarns in 3 sections of 4 strands. Braid the yarns (not too tightly) for 12"/30.5cm. Tie the ends in a knot. Trim the ends. GIRAFFE Use Autumn Maize and Lemonade yarn.

Print Giraffe head on heavy paper or draw one yourself. Cut out face. 2-10 Follow Steps 2-10 same as for Zebra SNAKE Use Neon Green and Watermelon yarn. Print Snake head on heavy paper or draw one yourself. Cut out face. Follow Step 2 of Zebra. Follow Step 3 of Zebra. Cut a piece of Watermelon yarn 2"/5cm long. Fold in half and tape to the back of the Snake's head for a tongue. Trim tongue. Cut 6 pieces of Neon Green yarn 36"/91cm long. Follow Steps 5-10 of Zebra.
