Properties For Spicy Coating Just add water. Coats 13.3KG of meat 75g per KG of meat

Preparation Marinate 1KG of meat in 75g of Knorr Batter Mix and 100ml of water and leave for 30 minutes. Heat oil upto 150C and fry till golden brown. OR Make batter by mixing 75g of Knorr Batter Mix in 100ml of water, coat your meat in prepared batter and fry till golden brown.

Ingredients Corn starch, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate, spices, refined salt, garlic powder, guar gum and sodium bicarbonate.

Productiveness 13.3 kg of meat/vegetables

Tips Add some oil in the batter to prevent from sticking during frying
