All kids with unique needs can be paired with a buddy, a volunteer who will work with their parents to develop a specific plan so that they can participate in Kids’ Club as fully as possible. AND WHEN WE LOOK FOR IT, WE’LL FIND IT. (HINT: IT STARTS WITHIN.) A citywide journey focuses everyone—from kids to old folks— on one topic for six weeks. This year’s journey consists of three main parts:
1 GO TO THE WEEKEND. Be provoked by art and creativity, and taught foundational truths for each week’s Kingdom topic.
2 GO TO YOUR SMALL GROUP. The casual environment where you’ll
talk about your journey experience, get challenged and build into others.
3 DO YOUR EXPERIMENT. Every week you’ll have an experiment to apply the journey to your daily life.
