There is barely any equipment being held in storage and we determined most items need to be replaced due to condition of items we do have. There is 1 catchers gear that is in decent shape for 8u and a couple small liners Brian made a list of what equipment we will provide to the teams Jamie will talk with the Old Time Hardware on allowing the coaches to pick up the chalk for the liners and bill Lady Wildcats Youth Softball Savannah Spencer is making ribbons for sign up gifts. We will start with 100 ribbons. Possibly get fill dirt from the Canton City Water Plant

Dick’s Sporting Goods offers online registration for free for organizations for sign ups New Sponsor: Dumont’s for $200 We will possibly supply batting helmets to teams depending on team needs. This will be determined at a later date John at the City Water Plant tried to change the wording on our contract to guarantee a city team can not come in after we make improvements to the fields and take them. Unfortunately, the attorneys will not allow the contract to be changed. Everyone in attendance voted to sign the contract as is because there is no way to have it changed to reflect our suggestions We need fill dirt. We could possibly get some from the Canton City Water Plant We need to set limits on how long a sponsor would have naming rights to a field We will offer T-ball in the Spring 2018 for $40 per player (boy or girl) a. T-ball through the CSBA is $70 plus $50 fund raiser; T-ball through NICC is $35 b. our cost will be approximately $10 for a shirt c. T-ball will use an 8u field d. They will need to only get 1 sponsor per T-ball team We will possibly have 8 teams this spring. Chelsea has a contact at BW3s in Massillon to do a fund raiser; 50% of proceeds go back to the organization Jamie has a contact at the Christmas Bar as a potential fund raiser for next year Talk with Mary about having the high school girls run a clinic with the proceeds benefitting LWYS Insurance may not allow girls to ‘play up’ in a different age bracket Gale’s team will have to be 12uA this season due to the number of travel players they have Please check out the design of the dugouts behind Petros Park as this is the style we would like at Central Mandatory parent meeting will be scheduled for all players signed up to play in the spring Hit-A-Thon – a. $20 to participate b. Prizes for teams that have full participation c. 18u age restriction d. Food & drinks will be available; possibly get Coney Express to set up e. No inflatables f.
