Fence estimates: Josh Yutsy; 3 outfield fences on Central; $4400 estimate with no top rails just tension cable wire topped with the yellow cap; got a second estimate from Darin at Gregory Corp; they’re not able to help; all in attendance voted to go with Josh Yutsy’s quote o Laurie Goodemoote (330-297-5076) and Dave Phillips (330-356-3564) gave Josh a good recommendation We are donating a raffle basket to CS soccer’s Night at the Races; Kelly Lockhart is making; she received a $25 gift card donated; adding a bottle of wine; Fandango gift card; Bravo gift card; Kelly would appreciate $5-$10 donations from the board to help pay for the basket items Jamie got a quote from Central Allied for field dirt; 70% sand and 30% clay is the best choice vs field dirt. The cost is $15.50 per ton delivered; 20 ton minimum; can be delivered to multiple locations; but not directly on the fields due to the truck weight; unanimous vote to move forward. Tax Exemption is only for team/LWYS use – please do not use for personal use Josh and Mary will need to collect all signed rosters and no play dates from coaches Every team needs to name a Team Mom
