The project was a new, premier Class I thoroughbred racing facility located in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area. Design services included the 40,000 square foot Post Times Pavilion, an off track wagering facility and the 280,000 square foot grandstand seating area, the jockey facilities, walking ring, apron, the turf track, the grass track, and backside stable facilities for 1,600 full time resident thoroughbreds.
