Read More Than Pieces of Paper and What is the Bill of Rights. Have students do Constitution Day word search. Reading: Give Star reading test on AR to assess students’ reading levels. Then students can read or complete any assignment from Wednesday. Social Studies: Read over the Preamble. Listen to the Star Spangled Banner lyrics. Have students fill in the Star Spangled rebus.

Reading: Students will partner up and read to each other for 1 minute. LIBRARY – students will walk to the library to check out books. Social Studies: Have students recite the Preamble. Discuss the meaning of the Pledge of Allegiance. Have students make Pledge of Allegiance bookmarks.
