The 66-hectare Madinaty Open Air Mall offers a unique retail experience that is distinctively different than the tight and narrow streets of Egypt’s traditional souks and bazaars. The design and layout of the buildings allow for maximum flexibility in circulation and views, which promotes exploration throughout the project and provides a multitude of experiences that ensure every visit to the project is unique. Within the interior core of the project is the symbolic heart of the mall, a lush 6-hectacre park filled with a variety of programs\ that offer an unparalleled and unique retail experience. A large lake centrally located within the park will be the\ dominant garden element surrounded by lush planting of flowering shade trees.
