Reports (Status, Information, Announcements, etc.) Report Items Fields:  Field conditions were evaluated, report submitted. Finance Committee:  First meeting was successful. Need to set baseline with physical inventory. o Cleanup and inventory of 4 New Rd. Sat 11/9, 16 & 23 from 10a-12 noon.  Budget plan: review at 12/4 meeting, approve by 12/18 Equipment:  Return dates set for 11/9 from 9-10a, and 11/13 from 6-7p at 4 New Rd. Registrar:  Registrations are setup and active. Need to recruit kids to younger programs, especially for Softball. Girls VP:  Planning Winter Workouts, will have details soon.

Report Items Fall Baseball:  8-9 group had a good season. Essex won (first time in league)  10-11 group had a difficult season. Large number of players opted to play Fall Travel instead, and quite a few 9 YO’s were pulled up to fill spots. Need to coordinate with MBB and address issues for next fall.
