Murphy • Introductions of new board • Updated board on status of Scotland Ave fence appeal – revising letter of agreement and making another attempt to settle. • Meeting on 9/30 with Rob Card, President of MBB to discuss communications between organizations • Had first Executive Committee meeting on 9/18 • Next Town Fields Commission meeting is 10/21 Vice President: K. Kranzler • Reviewed best practices for board governance • Submit motion to be voted on one week prior to board meeting • Any motion financial expenditure including financial expenditure requiring board vote may be discussed but will automatically be table until the next meeting for a vote.

Fall Baseball: • The 10‐11 group had a tough season due to number of experienced players playing in MBB Fall Travel League instead of LL and large number of 9’s moved up, and disconnect between the stated objective of the league (developmental) and actual play on the field (competitive). Need to work with MBB and Guilford to get ahead of this for next year, or find different towns to play with that share similar objectives. Fall Softball: T. Virgulto • First season for Girls Juniors program. Only 3 teams in league for Fall, but more interest for the Spring. Fields: K. Carone / K. Kranzler • JC Field lips need work. Becoming safety concern.
