President:  Update on JC Field Fence Issue: Decided to abandon the settlement agreement, next step will be to meet with Town and attorney to organize our response for the suit.  Banner will be up over Rt. 79 week of 12/8 for 2 weeks Vice President:  New Road Inventory: completed clean up and started physical inventory, need to schedule one more session to finish (TBD in Jan). Secretary:  Info session planned for January 13th from 6-8 pm in Senior Center Cafe

Treasurer:  Distributed preliminary budget – to be discussed at next board meeting. VP Baseball: T. Cosgriff  Need to plan Baseball Committee Meeting – will address local rules, schedule and 8U pitching  Looking into ways of generating interest for younger kids – 5/6 yo clinic with Hand players, Jersey Day at school, etc. VP Softball: M. Toohey  Working with Hand SB coaches to see if they can help with Spring evals  Planned 3 clinics for winter. Pitcher/catcher will be invite only, Fielding and Hitting will be open  High School batting cage will be delayed due to administrative issues. Plan on breaking ground in Spring. Finance Committee: K. Kranzler  Suggestion to provide T-Shirt with registration and have a competition to the T-Shirt slogan and/or a new MLL logo  Entertained discussion regarding heart guards. Safety committee agreed to come up with a proposal.
