About Our Camp
Application Child’s Name
Tom Grant Coach Grant is the Nutley Varsity Golf Coach and the Physical Education teacher at Spring Garden Elementary School. He has successfully coached many players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. He possesses a thorough understanding of the golf swing and the skills needed to build solid fundamentals. He brings his vast level of golf expertise and humorous outlook to our camp.
Karyn Grant Karyn is a former professional athlete and high school coach. She is a member of the NJ State Coaches Hall of Fame. As a former children’s sports camp director, she brings 15 years of experience working with young children to our staff. Mrs. Grant is currently an elementary school teacher and literacy coach.
Our camp provides a unique golf experience for children ages 7-12. Using the Pykamo equipment and system, students are able to understand the fundamentals of the golf swing and achieve success from the first day! Children learn the proper golf grip, swing, and etiquette in order to apply these skills in age appropriate drills and play. Friday is Funday! Friday all students will compete in a fun tournament format. All equipment is provided. Please do not bring any equipment to camp. Location: Spring Garden Elementary School 59 South Spring Garden Ave Nutley, NJ One week only: July 10-July 14 Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00 pm.

Space is limited so please reserve your spot as soon as possible! Please return this completed form with payment to: Nutley All Star Camps The named applicant is in good health and has my permission to participate in this program. In the event of an emergency requiring medical attention, I hereby grant permission to the medical personnel designated by the camp to attend to my child. I, the undersigned, waive any claims arising out of my child’s participation in the camp and agree to hold harmless the Nutley Athletic Department, the Nutley BOE and any of their agents and employees from the claim pertaining to the injury occurring to my child during his/her participation in the camp or while at the camp site.
