Conference Room The Washington, DC Economic Partnership’s Pepco Conference Room offers versatile meeting space and a friendly atmosphere for your event. Located in the heart of Downtown DC, the Pepco Room is easily accessible by public transportation — Metrorail, Metrobus, Zipcar, Capital Bikeshare — and is adjacent to many of the District’s premiere restaurants and hotels. The room’s aesthetically pleasing architecture includes vast windows, superb lighting and several AV capabilities. Available for meetings, cocktail receptions, meet & greets, and special events. Available, day, evenings and weekends.

Amenities Projection The Pepco Room features a projector and screen system. Room rental includes setup of the projection screen and projector. You may use WDCEP computer, or bring your own laptop or tablet and the proper converter cord to connect to our projection system. Computer Use a WDCEP-provided computer for the duration of the event. Simply bring a USB drive to transfer all your needed materials onto the laptop. Internet Access High-speed Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to the internet is available. Microphone Microphones can be provided for use at the podium in the front of the Pepco Room or for panel discussions. Conference Call A conference call speaker phone can be set up to facilitate your meeting or accommodate out of office attendees.

Theater (Capacity 90) No tables, rows of chairs (number depending on amount of attendees), center aisle, possible head table with chair(s); laptop/projector at podium.
