Attendance: Stan Masters, Ann Hinsdale-Knisel, Tax Wallace, Christie Cadmus, Lisa Eack, Janelle Stewart, Shannon Elliott, Mellissa Wilson Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m.
Discuss the history of the Strategic Planning Sessions and how the work was accomplished o Ann reviewed the roles each person present plays in the C2C partnership. o Stan reviewed the strategic planning process and the outcomes.
Discuss each network’s plan o There was discussion about how the networks could use the strategic planning work as they plan for the coming year.
The importance of community members at the table o The networks are unique because of the community members at the table. We have school and community representation at the table creating plans (based on student level data) for the community/all children. The plans are for efforts we can do better together than we can alone/separately.
What can the Data Committee and Ann do to support your network? o Stan is available to meet with your network to help explain the strategic planning process and outcomes. Please give him as much notice as possible on meeting dates/times.
