2008 Landscaping Contractor:Following approval at the previous council's meeting, theagent advisedcouncil that their landscaping maintenance contractfor 2008 with Greenline Landscaping Ltd. was formallysigned. The previouscontractor,Grow on You Landscaping Services received a formaltermination lettereffective lanuary31, 2OO8.A sitemeetingwas scheduled with the newlandscaper andthe residentcaretakerfor the initialsetup.

Bylaw Enforcementr The strata council is committedto enforcingthe stratacorporation bylaws.After reviewand discussion, councilrequested the agentto sendcorrespondence to two ownersrequestingthem to comply with the stratacorporationbylawsregardingpatio storage/exterior appearance anddogs. The stratacouncilwasinformedaboutseveralincidentsregardingthe improperusageof the fitnessroom by residents andtheir guests. COUNCIT WOUTD IIKE TO REMIND AtL OWENRS/RESIDENTS ABOUT THEIR OBLIGATION TO USE THE GYM FACILITYAND THE FITNESSEQUIPMENTIN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER. Carbageet RecyclingRegulations:All tenantsand ownersshouldbe awarethat, effective materials from City Disposal hasbannedrecyclable lanuary1, 2OO8,the City of Vancouver Sites. This meansthat the garbagecompanies will refusetheseitems. ltemswhichare now bannedincludecardboard, newsprint, drywall,yard and gardenwaste,containers newspaper, (exceptmilk), bluebox recyclables, paint,solvents, car batteries,medications/phaffnaceuticals, pesticides, flammable liquids,gasoline, vehicletires,oil, oil filtersandemptyoil containers and printersand televisions. electronic waste,includingpersonal Ownersmustmake computers arrangements to removethesematerials themselves, with the exceptionof cardboard,newsprint andotherbluebin recyclables, whichmustbe placedin the appropriate bins.
