Correspondence wasreceivedfrom an ownersuggesting counciladdressseveralissuesat the upcoming AnnualGeneralMeeting.councilnotedthat someof the presented issues havealreadybeencompleted andwill address the otheronesasappropriate.Discussions will continue at the nextmeeting.

Correspondence wasreceived from a non-resident owneradvising councilthat the tenants residing in their unit received an unpleasant, anonymous noteundertheir door regarding noisebylawviolation. The ownerstatedthat their tenantsare respectable personswho comply with the stratacorporationbylaws,denyingthe incidentsmentionedin the anonymous notice. Council would like to remind all owners/residentsthat, if they experiencebylaw violations, they must contact the resident caretaker or notify the strata council in writing, via the managementcompany, identifying themselvesand presenting the details of the respective bylaw violations. An owner could also approach their neighbour directly, in a friendly and civilized manner if they are disturbed by activities conductedin neighbouringunits, in an attempt to solve the problem in a friendly mannerwithout bringing it formally to the strata council. councilwouldalsoliketo remindall ownersthat anonymous correspondence will not be addressed.

Council would like to remind owners and permanent residents of the building that they are not allowed to park their vehicle overnight in the visitor's parking. The vehicles left overnight in the visitor's parkade will be towed, according to the strata corporation bylaws.
