Mona Blind Snake is an endemic species in Mona Island 2. Blind snakes (Typhlops spp.) usually move through yielding soil through paths of least resistance but do not create tunnels 3. They usually feed on pupae, eggs, larvae, and sometimes adults, of ants and termites 1.
