22 November 2016 Dear Parent/Carers, Re: Girls’ Football Team Fixture Your child has been selected to play in the Girls’ Football Team for the match against The Orion Primary School. The game will be played at The Orion Primary School (NW7 2AL) on Monday 5 December 2016, kicking off at 2:45pm finishing at approximately 3:30pm. The playing field is astroturf and therefore no studs or blades allowed. Your child should bring shinpads and a bottle of water. The team will be leaving from Moss Hall at 2:20pm. We would like to drive to the venue, so transport will be needed. If you are available to provide transport please let Stef Carpenter in the office know so I can arrange numbers for lifts. Please be aware that if you have not provided transport for one of our teams this year, we will require a copy of your valid MOT and Insurance documents on the day. Without your help, the match will have to be cancelled. You will recall having completed an Annual Sporting Fixture Consent Form earlier this year. You therefore only need to contact us should you NOT wish for your child to play in this match. The way we believe your child should travel home after the match has been written at the top of this letter – if this is incorrect, please contact Stef as soon as possible. Yours sincerely,
