Reg. fee Rs. 400 (for candidate from outside) and Rs. 500 for availing common accommodation facility . Deposit amount in UCO bank account*.
Last date of accepting forms: 31-12-2016.

It is compulsory to fill permission form by the guardian in case of minor candidate (below 18).
It is compulsory to submit doctor’s fitness certificate, for participation.
Participants, filling online registration, shall submit hard copy and photograph on dt. 7-1-2017.
Swimmers can participate in maximum THREE (3) events.
The candidates for 10000 m., Reporting time upto 12.30 on 7-1-17.
