Nazareth Soccer Club Board of Directors Meeting Minutes January 15, 2015 Bushkill Township Municipal Building 1114 Bushkill Center Drive Nazareth, PA. 18064
1. Call to Order: President, Scott Jordan called the General Membership Meeting to order at 7:40 pm at the Bushkill Twp Municipal Bldg in Nazareth, PA. Those in attendance and constituting a quorum were: Board of Directors Present (Roles and Names): President: Scott Jordan Vice President: John De Marco Team Equipment: Luther Casner Treasurer: Virginia Patton Fields Director: Melissa La Bar Registrar: Jennifer Brown Fund Raising and Special Events: Jen Masel Micro Development League Director: Craig Swanson Board of Directors Absent (Roles and Names): Secretary: Michelle Marchese Communications Director: Melissa Berner Classic League Director: John Henchy Others Present (from sign in sheet): Rob Berkowitz Andy Hilzarcyk Karen Janis MOTION- Minutes from December 2014, and approved by the Board of Directors 2. Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s December 2014 Financial Reports were presented to the Board of Directors. 3. Old Business: DISCUSSION- Grants/Field Space - We need a long term plan in place and reach out to local politicians to assist us in securing $ and space for future growth of NSC!!!**
DISCUSSION- Review of Director Budgets for 2015.
DISCUSSION- Craig Swanson volunteered to man the position of Micro League Director in the short term until a Director can be secured. ACTION- Board of Directors unanimously elected Craig Swanson to the position of Micro League Director until a replacement Director can be secured. MOTION-A motion was made to purchase yard signs to promote Nazareth Soccer Registration. ACTION- Directors unanimously voted to purchase yard signs to promote Nazareth Soccer Registration 4. New business: DISCUSSION- No new business discussed.
