1. Call to Order: President, Scott Jordan called the General Membership Meeting to order at 7:40pm at the Bushkill Twp Municipal Bldg in Nazareth, PA. Those in attendance and constituting a quorum were: Board of Directors Present (Roles and Names): President: Scott Jordan Vice President: John De Marco Treasurer: Virginia Patton Secretary: Michelle Marchese Micro Development League Director: Craig Swanson Communications Director: Melissa Berner Classic League Director: John Henchy Team Equipment: Luther Casner Fields Director: Melissa La Bar Fund Raising and Special Events: Jen Masel Registrar: Jennifer Brown Board of Directors Absent (Roles and Names): Others Present (from sign in sheet): Rob Berkowitz, Andy Hilzarcyk, Karen Janis
. 1. Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s April 2015 Financial Reports were presented to the Board of Directors. 2. Old Business: DISCUSSION- GRANTS/FIELD SPACE is an ongoing need MOTION- was made to eliminate the “Mandatory Fund Raiser” as a separate charge and adjust
registration fees, adding $10 per player to Classic and $5 per player to Micro registration costs. ACTION-Motion passed – 10 Yays, 0 Nays and 1 Abstain. DISCUSSION-Need to continue tweaking volunteer system
