Project Risks, Issues and Mitigation Halski shall identify, monitor and escalate risks/issues identified by the integrated project team. A risk is defined as a potential issue, but has not yet occurred. Risks shall be identified as early as possible, categorized accordingly to impact (Low, Med, High, Critical occurrence) and Halski will be responsible for a risk mitigation strategy. An issue is a risk that has occurred and presents a challenge to the project. Issues shall be prioritized (Low, Med, High, Critical) and assigned for resolution to the integrated project team. Risks and issues shall be tracked in an agreed upon method by both Customer and Halski. Critical risks and issues shall be escalated to the Executive Steering Committee for review and arbitration.
Customer Responsibilities · Customer will provide a single point of contact for the facilitation of this project. · Customer’s systems and specification of business requirements. This “Project Manager” will have power to approve decisions and will receive status reports on project progress and communicate with the broader Customer team. · Customer agrees that Halski is only responsible for the delivery of the items listed in the Sales Order or this Statement of Work, and that any request for additional services or products may result in an amendment to the Sales Order or Statement of Work, including adjustments to any projected delivery date and additional costs to Customer.
Change Control In the event that either Halski or Customer identifies an activity or objective that is beyond the scope of the Services set forth in this SOW, the parties agree to take the following steps: 1. A notice should be provided to the Steering Committee which announces the change requested.The following details should be provided as part of an official Change Request: § Change requested? Description of the scope change needed, including details on how the change relates to project objectives and the impact to the project if the change is not applied. § Estimated Time and Cost– project impact effort, deliverables, and impact to timeline. § Estimated Cost change, including labor, hardware, software, or other expenses. 2. The Steering Committee will review all change requests and confirm if the project team should proceed with producing an estimate for the change, including labor, cost, and any impacts to the overall project timeline.

3. If the Change Request is acceptable to the Steering Committee, it should be executed by representatives for both Halski and Customer.Once this is complete, work on the Change Request can be started.Any additional costs will be billed according to the details set forth in Section 10 of this document. 4. If the Steering Committee does not feel the Change Request is required for the project, it may reject the Change Request.Alternatively, it may recommend a reduced set of scope.In the latter case, the Change Request should be updated and resubmitted to the Steering Committee.
