Join Beth every other month to embroider a project and learn something new about your machine! You’ll have the directions and designs you can use over and over again to create gifts for others and even for yourself! These are original projects and available only through the class. This is a “Sit & Sew/Embroider” class. Bring a snack or a sack lunch and join us! Open to all brands of machines but you must know how to use your machine before taking this class. Students will be given a CD with the workbooks in a PDF file to print or save to your favorite electronic device. One workbook will be completed each day in class. The class fee includes all the fabrics needed to complete the fully illustrated, in color, step by step workbook! Workbook CD and Fabrics Included Lunch is provided each day! This hands on retreat is for everyone! Join us for 3 fun filled days to learn your Ovation or Evolution serger inside and out. You will say’ “I didn’t know I could do that on a serger!” If you are thinking about buying a serger, you will find out how much fun it is and how much time it can save you! You’ll wonder how you ever got along without one! Baby Lock sergers “thread themselves” for an even easier time!
Lunch is provided each day! Patsy has been working in the sewing industry since 1983 and has worked for major sewing machine companies. She has contributed to several sewing publications including SEW NEWS, SULKY OF AMERICA, CREATIVE MACHINE EMBROIDERY and QUILTING PROFESSIONAL, along with others. She has appeared on sewing shows and is a certified Cotton Theory Quilting instructor. Patsy has taught internationally as well as nationally and loves to educate and inspire others to have fun with their sewing machines and sergers!

Home Sweet Home is the theme of this year’s Row by Row. Since we all love our canopy roads we featured them on our row along with a view of the capitol as seen through the trees. The arrows can either be representative of birds or, if you’re an FSU fan, they can be for the Seminoles! We have kits available as well as .svg files for those of you who have a Silhouette Cameo or other digital cutting machine and would prefer to use that for cutting out the applique pieces. We also have the fabric license plate. You might even want one of these just for a keepsake!

We are unveiling our new Christmas, Thanksgiving and Halloween fabrics along with new patterns, books and ideas. We’ve got new samples made and some are even being offered as classes. We know it’s hot and muggy outside and Christmas seems a long way off, but it’ll be here before you know it! Now’s the time to get started on all your decorating and gifts. This way when it’s time to decorate all you’ll have to do is put it out! Won’t that be great?! Get started now and you’ll be able to enjoy your family, friends and all that the holidays bring! It’ll be better than spending long hours in the middle of the night trying to get your projects done!

This is for children ages 10 and up that want to learn to sew. This class is a little more advanced than the earlier classes so if your favoirite young ones took the class earlier this will not necessarily be a repeat. The projects are different and a bit more advanced.
You know how to sew, but this class will help you get the most from your new machine! Besides going through all the basics you will also have the opportunity to try new accessories and find out what all the talk is about! Easy zippers, pintucks, piping, ruffles and even some quilting techniques will be covered. Choose either morning or night classes to fit your schedule!

The morning will be spent on the sewing part of the machine and after a short lunch break we’ll explore the embroidery side! If you only have the sewing machine and not the embroidery module you’ll be finished when we break for lunch. You can always take the embroidery part of the class when you add the module at a later date!
