Hello North Stars! I hope everyone had a joyous holiday. We will be kicking off the New Year in style! On January 14, our very own Joan Gatzmeyer, CAPOM, will be presenting: Ring In The New Year In Style – Microsoft Word Styles! Don’t forget to invite your coworkers to this program. Speaking of styles, the North Star Chapter will also be collecting gently used, professional clothing for low-income men and women served by Ready For Success, a local nonprofit organization; your donations of clothing, accessories and new personal items help these individuals be prepared for job interviews and careers.

We are on track to achieve the Chapter of Excellence again this year. We have completed three of the necessary criteria so far. The next criterion is due April 30 and that is to update our strategic plan for the upcoming year. Also, don’t forget to track your Member of Excellence criteria. We have some phenomenal speakers coming up. In February we will be having a bring your spouse/ significant other event to hear speaker Chez Raginiak and in March we will be trying something new by offering a web presentation where you can participate from the comfort of your own home.
