NGSA and its board of directors, employees, volunteers, or agents shall not be liable whatsoever for any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant or his/her family during any NGSA programs. The participant/parent/guardian does hereby fully release, discharge, and hold harmless NGSA, its board of directors, associated facilities, employees, volunteers, or agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or rights of action resulting from participants participation in any NGSA program.
