Dear Parent/Carer We will make every attempt to keep the school open, however, in the unlikely event of school closure an announcement will be made on one of the following local radio stations:
The Beach 97.4 or 103.4 FM Heart FM 96.4 or 97.1 FM Radio Norfolk 8.55AM, 95.1, 95.6 or 104.4FM Radio Suffolk 95.5, 95.9, 103.9 or 104.6
The school will put an update on the school website and also if possible send you a text message. Please avoid telephoning the school whenever possible during bad weather but check the school website and your phones first. Information can also be obtained on the internet at http://schoolclosures.suffolk.gov.uk. Yours faithfully
