October 2016 Meeting Minutes
6:40- Meeting called to order- Joe reviewed last month’s meeting minutes. Rodney motion to accept, Marissa seconds. Minutes accepted. 6:50- 2016 Board of Directors released. 6:55- Chad initiates Board elections process. 7:00- Rit motion to accept new general board members, Rodney seconds. 2016 Board members are as follows; President- Joe Pirruccio Vice President- Chad Zima Secretary- Garrett “Rit” Gay Treasurer- “Vacant” Major’s Director- Jesse Swerda Minor’s Director- Pete Bennett T/C Director- “Vacant” Umpire in Chief- Rodney Pelletier Equipment Manager- John Gionfriddo Safety Officer- Dave Koscuk Concessions- Melaney Bennett Appointed positions are as follows;
Concessions- Melissa Griffin Concessions- Jessica Burdacki Concessions- Christine Zima
Ron Pitcher was nominated for the Sponsorship position and Brandon Zima was nominated to shadow current Secretary Garrett Gay who is serving his last season on the board. 7:15- 2017 tryouts will be held on March 11th, 2017 from 12-4pm at the Boys & Girls Club in Meriden. Big Al clinic will take place on March 29th & 30th, 2017 from 6-9pm at the Deronosky School in Southington. 7:30- Meeting adjourned.
