Techs are known for some of the best “imagineering,” and we know that there are plenty of wild, no-holds-barred, rare, radical, and fun creations out there. If you’re ready to share your creation and would like to submit a photo of it to be considered for the 2014 Tech Toys calendar, please read the rules of entry below and complete the owner information on the reverse side.
RULES OF ENTRY 1. Snap-on® Associates, Franchisees, and/or Representatives are not eligible. 2. Entrants must be active Snap-on® customers. If your Tech Toy is selected for final consideration, entrant name will be verified with the Snap-on® Franchisee/Representative listed on this entry form. 3. If you entered for 2013, but your toy was not selected, you may submit the same entry again for 2014 consideration. 4. All Tech Toy entries must be received by February 1, 2013, for consideration for the 2014 calendar. Incomplete entries will not be considered. 5. For mailed entries, submit this completed form with photograph(s) to NATIONAL PREMIUM, INC., Attn: 2014 Tech Toys Calendar, N26 W23315 Paul Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072 USA. All mailed entries (including those on CD) must be accompanied by photo prints for review. Include name and vehicle information on label adhered to the back of each photo print. Do not write on or ink stamp back of photos. National Premium, Inc. will not be responsible for damage or loss to entries that occur while in transit. 6. For emailed entries, submit all entry form information and digital photo(s) of your Tech Toy to: [email protected]. 7. All entries become the property of National Premium, Inc. Your signature on this form indicates that if your entry is selected, you hereby assign all ownership rights of the vehicle photo(s) to National Premium, Inc. and Snap-on Incorporated. Entries will not be returned. 8. If your Tech Toy is chosen, you will be notified prior to April 30, 2013. Arrangements will then be made to obtain the additional photography necessary to complete a monthly calendar feature.
