2014 SNAP-SHOTS CALENDAR ENTRY FORM USE THIS FORM FOR CLASSIC OR CUSTOM CARS, TRUCKS, AND MOTORCYCLES Please read the rules of entry and complete the form below. Photo guidelines and recommendations are found on the reverse side of this entry form. 1. Entrants must be active Snap-on® customers. If photo is selected, entrant name will be verified with the Snap-on® Franchisee/Representative listed below. 2. Snap-on® Associates, Franchisees, and/or Representatives are not eligible to participate. 3. If you entered previously but your photo was not selected, please review the photo guidelines (on reverse) and submit again. 4. Multiple vehicle entries will be considered; however, only one vehicle per owner will be selected for each calendar year. 5. Include name, vehicle year, and make/model information on a label adhered to back of photo. Do not write on or ink stamp back of photo. 6. All photo entries (including those on CD) must be accompanied by photo prints. 7. Entry must be received by February 1, 2013. Any late or incomplete entries will not be considered. National Premium, Inc. will not be responsible for damage or loss to entries that may occur while in transit. Late, mutilated, or previously published photographs are not eligible and will not be considered. 9. All entries become the property of National Premium, Inc. Your signature below indicates that if your entry is selected, you hereby assign all ownership rights of the photo(s) to National Premium, Inc. and Snap-on Incorporated. Photo(s) will not be returned. 10. Vehicle entry will be considered for one of three Snap-shots calendars: Snap-shots Wall, Mini Snap-shots, or Mini Bike-shots. If your photo is chosen, you will be notified in writing prior to June 30, 2013.

PHOTO GUIDELINES & RECOMMENDATIONS To help ensure that your photograph is of suitable quality to include in a calendar, please first review these guidelines and recommendations.

• Take clear, sharp pictures. We will not contact you for re-shoots.
• Do not photograph vehicle while it is running. Visible exhaust detracts from your vehicle.
• When shooting the photo, frontal 3/4 view is best. Either driver side or passenger side views are acceptable.
•D o not photograph vehicle with hood, trunk, or doors open.
Example of preferred 3/4 view
• Keep backgrounds simple and attractive. Natural settings are best. Buildings, power lines, fences, signs, mailboxes, and other vehicles can detract from your vehicle. • Keep vehicle clear of reflections. Trees, buildings, grass, rocks, coarse gravel and people can reflect onto chrome parts, hood, and doors which can detract from your vehicle. • Professionally processed photo prints are strongly recommended, and a glossy finish is preferred. Prints from personal desktop printers are of inferior quality. • When using digital cameras, set your camera at the highest resolution setting. The original digital image file must be submitted on a labeled CD using a jpg, tif, eps, or psd file format. Do not submit images copied from a website. Prints must be supplied with all digital photo discs. • Include name, vehicle year, and make/model information on a label adhered to back of photo. • In addition to your primary vehicle photo, you may include up to two (2) photos showing unique “detail.”
•D o not send photos with people on, near, or in vehicle. •D o not crop off any portion of your vehicle. The entire vehicle, bumper to bumper, MUST be in the photograph to be considered. •D o not use computer photo editing software in any way to edit your photos. • Do not submit a Polaroid® or color copy. • Do not submit photos smaller than the standard 3.5 x 5 inch prints from 35mm film. Maximum size allowed is 8 x 10 inches. • Do not submit more than three (3) of your BEST photos. • Do not tape, staple, or paper clip photos. Damaged photos will not be considered. • Do not write on or ink stamp back of photos. Use adhesive label instead.
