OTTAWA HILLS YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION The OHYSA is a program for all children living in Ottawa Hills or attending Ottawa Hills Schools.
Divisions U5-U12 (2011-2004): OHYSA uses the same registration guidelines as the US Youth Soccer Federation. In 2016, they converted to birthyear registration -- a switch from an Aug. 1 cutoff to a Jan. 1 cutoff. Ages may still be combined based on the number of enrollments as in previous years. Register your child according to the year that they were born.
Schedule: Divisions U5-U6 (PK-K) Saturday mornings for one hour between 9-12 - September 9 – October 21. This time will include both practice and game play for U5-U6. Birth year will determine if the player is in the U6 or U7 division. Divisions U7-U12 (K – 6th grade) Sunday afternoons between 1-5 pm - September 10 – October 22. Practice times will be arranged by the coach of each team. Birth year will determine if the player is in the U6 or U7 division.
Uniform: Players may use a jersey from previous years or order a jersey during registration thru the OHYSA website. OHYSA will order jerseys on Friday, August 25 in order for them to arrive by the first game. Players need to provide black shorts, white or black socks, shin guards and cleats.
Soccer Ball: Each player should have a soccer ball for practices.

Registration: Player registration will be completed online -- http://sports.bluesombrero.com/ohysa. Instructions for registering are included on the website.
Fees: Division U5-U7: Divisions U8-U12:
$40* $50*
Fees should be submitted via credit card on the website or via mail with checks made payable to OHYSA. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
