OTTAWA HILLS YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION The OHYSA is a program for all children living in Ottawa Hills or attending Ottawa Hills Schools.
Divisions: Division PK: Division K:
Players born before 9/30/2012 Kindergarten; co-ed
Division I - III:

Grades 1 - 6 ; divisions will be determined by number of registered players
Note: Division is based on the player’s grade in the fall of 2015. All coaches are volunteer & parents can indicate their willingness to coach when registering their child. Rosters/schedules will be communicated to parents via email.
Schedule: Divisions PK and K th Saturday mornings - September 12 – October 24 This time will include both practice and game play.

9:00 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. 10:00 a.m. - 10:50 a.m.
Divisions I - III th th Sunday afternoons - September 13 – October 25 Game times TBD. Practice times will be arranged by the coach of each team.
Uniform: Players need to submit their jersey size request thru the OHYSA website. OHYSA will order jerseys on Friday, August 28. Players need to provide black shorts, white or black socks, shin guards and cleats.
Soccer Ball: Each player should have a soccer ball for practices.

$40* $50*
Fees should be submitted via credit card on the website or via mail with checks made payable to OHYSA. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
