How to Get My License and Download Inventor Professional 2015 Updated: 3/30/2015
Procedure- Get My License 1. Go to www.autodesk.com/pltw-signin and log in. 2. Select the Manage Software tab listed across the top of the website.
3. Select the type of licensing that your Institution will be using.
4. Scroll down the page to the section “Product Design Suite Ultimate” and select Get Licenses.

5. Select Other Versions and choose 2015.
6. Select Get License.
7. It will generate your Institution’s Product Key and Serial Number that you will use during installation.
Procedure- Downloading Inventor 1. Scroll down the page to the section titled “Inventor Professional 2015” and select Download.
2. Select your Operating System.
3. There are two options to download Inventor, Download Now or Browser Download. ** Please read both options to determine which option will work best for your Institution. ** If further technical support is needed Email: [email protected]

Option 1: Download Now. 1. Download Now will download Inventor and automatically extract Inventor to a directory location on your computer and start the installer once finished. 2. Select Download Now.
3. Select Launch Application.
4. Select OK.

5. The download process will begin.
** Note: The download time will vary depending on internet speed. If possible, avoid downloading via wireless for best performance. ** 6. The installer will automatically launch. Select Install to begin the installation process if you are ready to install. If not see the bottom of this document to see how to get back to the installation files.
Option 2: Browser Download. 1. Browser Download will download Inventor as two separate files and the extraction process will need to be started manually. This is a good option for Institutions that have issues downloading via Download Now. ** Note: You will need to temporarily disable or add exceptions for your Pop-up Blocker to get both files. ** a. 2. Select the down arrow and Browser Download.
3. Select Keep or Save on both files if prompted. Chrome

To get back to the installation files navigate to: C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Inventor_2015_English_Win_64bit_R1_dlm
