Preparation 1. Skinned the Baer's Pilchard. Chop into big chunks and blanch in boiling water with pork chops.

2. Get a stew pot and have all the ingredients ready.

3. Add the boiled stock to the pot.

4. Put on the pot lid and stew for 4 hours.
