ROSÉ HAS NEVER BEEN SO COOL.

Jansz Tasmania Vintage Rosé 2010. After four years of drought, the beginning of the 2010 growing season brought superb winter rains. The subsequent warm spring and dry summer saw a return to good yields and the fruit quality was exceptional in the Jansz vineyard. Two blocks of our best Pinot Noir were harvested by hand and fermented in old French oak. Following tirage and secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine had more than three years ageing on yeast lees to develop complexity and sophistication. The pale hue resembles rose petals or pink diamonds. The powerful nose is full of toast and richness. To top it off, a beautifully elegant palate of vibrant red fruits, creaminess and a touch of fine tannin sets up a lingering, mouth-watering finish.
