INTERSECTION SAFETY COURSE
OTC ANNUAL CONFERENCE The OTC Annual Conference will be held May 35, 2015 in Sault Ste. Marie.
The Intersection Safety Course will be held March 9 & 10, 2015 at the Holiday Inn, Vaughan This comprehensive two-day course encompasses all forms of at-grade intersections (unsignalized, signalized and roundabouts) and the safety of their users (pedestrians, bicycles, vehicles and others). This two-day course is unique in North America and is readily applicable to many aspects of transportation planning, design, operations and maintenance. The development of this guide dealing with bicycle signals was developed as a companion to Ontario Traffic Manual Book 18: Cycling Facilities, which was created through a partnership between OTC, MTO and 12 Ontario municipalities.
