BOOK 7 TRAINING OTC ANNUAL COURSE CONFERENCE The next OTM Book 7 Training Course will be held April 11, 2017 in Mississauga. The Ontario Traffic Manual’s Book 7 (Temporary Conditions) has been developed to provide basic uniform requirements for traffic control in work zones during roadway or utility construction and maintenance operations on or adjacent to public highways including ramps and municipal roads and streets, (as well as other public ways to which road traffic has access).
The 2017 OTC Annual Conference will be held May 7-9 in Ottawa. Save the date for the 2017 OTC Annual Conference! Taking place in Ottawa, this year’s conference program will include an exciting lineup of dynamic speakers, technical tours and not to be missed networking opportunities. Topics include: Planning for HOT lanes, Go Rail Station Access Plan, City of Toronto’s Complete Streets guidelines, connecting Cambridge, Kitchener & Waterloo by Rapid Transit, Vision Zero goals, Level-of-Service guidelines and best practices for developing Active Transportation Master Plans.
