WORKSHOP
TRAINING
After a two-year break, we are pleased to offer the introductory level Transportation Impact Study workshop which will take place September 16, 2015 in Burlington. This workshop will help to identify the additional traffic contribution of a particular site development and provide a basis for estimating roadway improvements attributed to a proposed development to maintain a satisfactory level of service, while ensuring that the recommendations are compatible with the local jurisdiction's road policy For details and registration visit www.otc.org
The next Book 18 Training course will take place October 6, 2015 in Woodbridge.
WORKSHOP
This one-day training course will provide a comprehensive overview of OTM Book 18 guidelines for bicycle network planning, facility selection and design, and network implementation.
The 2015 Traffic Engineering Workshop will be held on October 22, 2015 in Alliston.
The course will be given by leading cycling infrastructure practitioners and will include hands-on exercises, allowing participants to apply Book 18’s protocols in an interactive setting. For details and registration visit www.otc.org
