Pre-Registration dates: April 26th, May 15th, and June 6th & 19th 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Municipal Building Lobby (445 Lafayette Ave.) Registration forms are available online to download and complete beforehand at www.hawthornenj.org *Online form is now capable of being filled out on the computer*

PRE-REGISTER TO SAVE! $40/week or $80/session

PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT REC Late Registration Night @ Municipal Bldg July 14th from 6:30 – 8:30 PM $65/week and $120/session

Dates: Monday, June 26th - Friday, August 4th • Session 1- June 26th to July 14th (off July 4th)

• Session 2- July 17th to August 4th

Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM SHARP Age: entering 1st to 8th Grades in Sept. 2017 Locations: Grades 1-4 at Roosevelt Grades 5-8 at LMS

WEEKLY EVENTS M- Bowling trip $4 T- Movie trip $11 W- Pizza Day Th- Ice Skating $12 F- Ice Pops

*Child’s report card and parent driver’s license required as proof of residence*
