Participants: New early childhood PBIS coaches and new PAPBS Early Childhood Facilitators Training Outcomes: Participants will be able to: Become familiar with reporting requirements (K5C3)
Review and discuss data collection tools required for reporting ongoing implementation and progress (K5C3)
Identify supports that are available to partners in Program-wide PBIS implementation (K6C3)

Description Fidelity of implementation is essential in order to get maximum impact from PBIS. This session will provide the overall picture of the PA PBIS project. This session will introduce new I/T coaches to their responsibilities to support home visitors and services providers in home settings. The goal will be to increase home visitors and service providers’ skills to support social emotional development. This session will provide orientation to the role of the EC Facilitator. This will include reviewing Critical Elements of Program-wide PBS This session will introduce the I/T coaches to tools used for data collection, resources including the PBIS Moodle site and monthly Coaches calls for support. This session will review tools for Facilitators to use as Coaches to ensure fidelity of PBIS implementation. The Pre-SET will be introduced as a new tool for EC PBIS. This session will explore the Critical Elements of PBIS implementation beginning with the Core Leadership Team. The participants will learn how to use the Benchmarks of Quality as a tool to guide the Core Leadership Team. In this session participants will work in small groups to practice aligning and using the PBIS tools, particularly the Pre-SET. This session will introduce I/T Coaches to the LEARN 360 framework of coaching. This framework will guide their work of coaching adult learners to support social emotional development for all young children. In this session participants will explore the new EC PBIS database in order to familiarize themselves with the reporting requirements and how to access the system.
