c. Consideration to approve a Retail Wine License for Dolgen Midwest LLC dba Dollar General Store #18409 at 1940 Lazelle. d. Consideration to approve a Special Events License for Loud American at the City Armory on October 28, 2017 for a wedding reception. e. Consideration to approve a Use on Review for Terry Jensen for an in-home business at 2175 Dolan Creek Rd to build and sell a tiny house. f. Consideration to approve a Variance for Sturgis Motorsports at 2695 Lazelle St. for an 11.79’ rear setback variance to allow for an addition. g. Consideration to approve a Variance for Lifespring Wesleyan Church at 1706 Junction Avenue. h.
