The ‘dwelling’, be it an apartment, an attached or freestanding house, is central to most of our lives. As architects we are constantly reviewing housing, determining market appropriateness and exploring ways of improving the efficiency of space and amenity of a variety of housing types. During the life of this practice we have designed a multitude of housing types, including student and defence housing, housing for the aged, resort and hotel accommodation and a variety of residential dwellings at all levels of cost and size. This range of experience, combined with new ideas, informs the decisions we make about improving our designs and the way we live in harmony with the environment. This brochure features several current projects to showcase some of the design principles we employ to provide dwellings that respond to the needs and budget of our clients as well as appealing to a discerning residential market.
