Rosalyn Crawford Memphis Shelby PAL Executive League Director
Ms. Rosalyn D. Crawford is an 18-year Educator of Shelby County Schools; formerly Memphis City Schools, a native Memphian and proud product of Memphis City Schools, she graduated from Hamilton High, and is an Elementary Education Graduate of the Historic Lemoyne-Owen College. Ms Crawford is also a member of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, and the mother of one daughter. Rosalyn served as Program Director for Memphis Bears Inc. (MBI), for 18 years, where she was responsible for assisting in the development, organization, and implementation of the Bears’ Sports Program. She worked collectively with MBI’s board of directors to carry out the organization’s mission, vision, and goals. She served as a representative on partnership boards as liaison for the parents, participants, coaches, and staff of the MBI program. Currently Rosalyn, serves as Director of Memphis Shelby PAL, and says that seeing past participants of former programs excelling in life far and beyond sports, along with her genuine concern and love for young children and youth are the energizing forces that keep her going.
