Box Header Steps Open Work 1.Box Log Header into Planview: https://vumc.pvcloud.com/planview/. 2. Click the Work menu to open a Work project. Click Work under the Show submenu, then select your project and choose Work View under the Action submenu.
Update Project Status Summary 1. Click Project Status Summary in the sub-ribbon.

Running the Project Status Report in Planview 2. Complete the required fields in the top section.
Note: Click the Definition buttons for more information about which options to choose for Manager Assessment, Schedule Status, and Budget Status. 3. Provide updates to the Status Summary Comments section.
Note: The updates in this section are cumulative. We recommend adding a new line upon subsequent updates, rather than deleting previous update contents. Any information deleted from these update fields will not appear on the Project Status Report. 4. Click Save. Run Project Status Report 1. If you have not already done so, follow the steps in this job aid to add the Project Status Report tile to your project: Adding Project Status Report Tile. 2. After completing Project Status updates by using the instructions above, click Overview in the sub-ribbon. Then click the tile called Project Status Report.

Running the Project Status Report in Planview 3. The first time you run this report, you will be asked to set some parameters. Select your preferences from the dropdown menus.
Note: If you do not see these choices the first time you run the report, you may need to expand the parameter menu by clicking the small arrow below the Save Parameters button.
4. Click Save Parameters to update your preferences.
Note: Check the box next to “Apply to all portfolios” if you want these preferences to be your default for all Project Status Reports. 5. Click View Report to generate the Project Status Report.
6. To download the report, click the Save icon, then select your preferred file type for export.
